These Telematics pages were first created several years ago.  They were created as part of a College course, one of the criteria for successful completion of the course required the construction of a series of web pages.  The course requirements were for pages to be created and displayed on a local computer system.  I decided that I might as well create a real web site, the course title was Telematics hence the subject  matter of these pages.
